There is tremendous irony that acc officials also missed that call

I think the contact actually summed up Jameis rather well, an arrogant guy who doesn't care what the rules are.

Watch it again, and again, and you will see how the ref was actually trying to stand his ground, and Jameis pushed all the harder, removing the ref forcefully from his position, more than once. When the ref tries to stand his ground, Winston increases his pressure and shoves him harder. And the kicker may be how Winston, turns at the end and appears to say something or glare at the ref. I don't know what he said or did exactly, but his whole body language seems very disrespectful.

How many players do you know that would push a ref against his will until the ref was out of his way? No one touches a ref, and if they do it's accidental and they apologize quickly, or maybe they do it as a conciliatory gesture with a smile and laugh like a pat. That is as far as it goes. Winston doesn't even care how he pushes the ref, the man is just in his way. That kind of disrespect for others, rules, etc...yeah, that contact seems to sum up a lot of who Winston is right now.

Some might argue that the ref was wrong about the situation, but that doesn't matter. You don't get to shove a ref out of the way when he is deliberately trying to stop you from doing something. Most players wouldn't even have the mindset to do something like that. That is not incidental or accidental contact like some people spun it, including Jimbo Fischer and the ACC. I think just about everyone, except those parties with direct interest in FSU winning, can see that was not acceptable contact.

So it is a conspiracy by that ref and the ACC then in the name of getting to the playoff? I can think of an easier way. Like actually call a defensive PI on BC. I'm a defensive minded guy and think sometimes PI is called to easy. But what exactly did a BC DB have to do to get PI called on Sat? At least 3 times right in front of the refs they were mauling our receivers and no flag. The worst is when Greene was run right out of bounds on a thrown near the goal line. The ref of literally 5 feet from the action and no call.

So think we can stop this running attack better than BC? Im worried Winston will throw too many interceptions and GT holds onto the ball creating a close game.

I have no clue they lost an rb and leading tackler to knee injuries this past weekend during the game. If they r hobbled or can't play it should help.

I believe winston will play better and our wrs will have a much easier time this week (can we hire uf dB coach?)

Still they r playing very well and gt defense may not be terrific but they cause turnovers

So Winston's hearing was this week. It would be really interesting to see what would happen if he got expelled before the playoff.

I sounds like it will take 2-3 weeks to get back a decision. If he is actually expelled I wonder if his lawyer could file an injunction to keep him eligible long enough for the playoffs?
If he is off the team then Sean Maguire will have a few weeks to get up to speed. Cook will have to run for 200+ for any chance to win in that scenario.

I would be shocked if Winston fights it if he gets expelled, outside of the FSU system. He goes to court, he's going to have to testify, and that will be public record. No way he wants to do that. He'll screw FSU, but he's not going to fuck up his NFL chances for the playoffs, I bet.

Im not sure how much he would have to testify in an injunction hearing. Im not even sure it is possible to get an injunction. It was just an idea.

Best our offense has looked all year. But in true form let them score at the end to make it close. Just cant put a team away this year.

So heading to the rose bowl if that's where we go.

Cook is sick. We finally have a dominant tailback. He carried the entire load tonight at tailback. 95 yards from breaking 1000 yards as a true freshman!
