I like the course like this.

Jesus, the margin for error is going to be so slim. Those sandy lies do not look like fun to me. And anything close to the edge of the fairway will probably roll into the sand.

I would like to say that Rory wins it, because the course will set up well for him if he can drive it in the fairway. Rory is so tough to predict though from day to day. I don't think Phil wins it, considering how bad he's playing right now. Honestly, there's a good chance someone like Kevin Na wins the damn thing.

I would have at least 50 putts on that course. And you can't even tell how difficult the greens are really from the broadcast.

I might be able to find out at some point, haha. A friend of mine has a place in Pinehurst and we'll probably go play #2 at some point.

Actually, from what I've seen, I play out of a lot of lies similar to the ones that they've been drawing off the fairway. So that probably wouldn't bug me as much

Seems like there are a lot of birdies out there ... but also a lot of bogeys (and worse). Snedeker seemed to be refusing to make pars. Just bogeys or birides. It's going to be a really interesting Sunday if the course stays like this.

Just got back from Pinehurst, and I would honestly be happy with 50 putts. I have never seen greens that difficult.
