Strange season, finishing only four games outside of the playoffs. The fixtures didn't fall kindly.

You finished 4 games behind me but I pretty much rested guys the last 2 weeks. We ended up winning 1 of our final 10.

We are RED hot going into the playoffs. Bring on the sweep. Hopefully it's less games so I don't get another devastating injury!

Just wanted to write this out to see how many SP I've had blow up...

Placido Meds -- '86 1st round pick, 2.5 WAR LY, gets an injury then set back. This year: hurt again -0.1 WAR in 69 IP.
Juan Vargas -- '81 6th overall pick, '83 elbow strain then torn rotator cuff, '88 partially torn UCL, OSA 65/60/60 drafted-- now 55/45/60. Currently injured.
Gulliermo Macias-- not major injury history but 3.9 WAR this year now hurt
Jae-Hyun Yu-- '82 1st round pick, '87 2 WARs during rookie year (23 yo), end of year tears rotator cuff (12 month injury). Has a 15 month setback. Now stamina is 20 and had a 8.80 AAA ERA this year.
An-Toan Vo -- 70/60/55 OSA RP, also could hit a little and play a bunch of positions, torn elbow ligament this year

That's just guys currently on roster. I had a decent AA retire this year.
