Zambrano slightly better than Perez now, might be get even better if he hits his potential this year, age 25. Still cheap for a few years too. Not asking a lot.

I figured it out. I was confused because Turtle was on the ballot and he retired after Naz, but he also last played in 2060 and Naz last played in 2061. They have to wait 2 years.

what about during the offseason sims?

As GMs we make offers at the start of each sim, then the sim goes for three days. Then we make another offer and wait three more days before we can make another offer.

I was under the impression Otto was misbehaving last year and was offering and counter-offering inbetween the actual sims. So while the human GMs have to wait for the new file to counter or make an offer, Otto was out there submitting offers during the sim itself since he's AI.

I just want to make sure Otto isnt gonna screw anything up for the rest of youll.

It's only an issue toward the end of the offseason. The short sims help it not be too much of an issue. I mean obviously a human would be better and they can counter right away, but oh well.
