Since you threw it out there, I haven't adjusted my steal strategy much. My strategy is a bit different. The only current thing that irked me about stealing was seeing Tapley go 54 SB 31 CS last season.
Regarding my OF, Manta batted .335 last year in 46 starts and my scout likes Kerimoglu much more than your scout (he had 32 HRs in AAA last year). My whole OF is under-performing, and my OF would be strengthened by having Brodbeck out there but he's more valuable at 1B this year.
As for my interesting bullpen setup, that was just a quirky idea. MLB teams have 7th inning, 8th inning, 9th inning guys. I like a more fluid approach but the in-game AI is so bad I felt like I would try and structure it a bit more and see what happens.
My park is a copy off the old BC Brawlers park. Thought it would be fun to try to build a different kind of team.

Cool bullpen video.. I've decided to go with two LH specialists, just one set up and only two MR this year. I found that set up 7th doesn't pitch that much or that many high leverage innings. I also noticed that if you have three MR's and one is "pitch often" the other two won't pitch much.
The other thing I noticed is that if you have a 7-man bullpen, 1-2 guys just don't pitch much. So I'd rather have an extra LH specialist who is used in specific situations than a long guy who pitches zero leverage or not often. I just think you milk more value in close games with the extra LH specialist. This works even more if you slide your strategies to have more LH vs. LH match-ups.

I'm still hesitant to switch anyone to use more often because when I had this set up in AA and had Martinez set to use more often he threw like 130 innings.
