It depends on how you value Ertegun. He's IMO an above average 3B but I have Sanchez there for the next 10 years so playing him at 1B was a waste to me.

I was happy to get him to Tankee so he can win some more games.

Probably, but it gives me a starting 3B for a fair amount of time, and without him I was going to probably start a traffic cone there. That's the price of competing, gotta get fleeced sometimes.

With him it gives me a solid hitter's alley from 2-5 or 3-6, with Aguirre leading off and Duarte in either the 2 or 6 hole. Maybe Haward, Dahlberg, or Azzam there as well. Going from 2 above 100 ERA+ hitters to 7 or 8 is gonna be a big improvement.
