The last week of September has arrived and we're heading into Week 5 as GAMEDAY for the first time ever is heading to Durham as Duke hosts Notre Dame. The Ryder Cup starts Thursday as the event will be held in Rome. How about Utah going to Corvallis on Friday night? TGIF indeed, bros. Keep on rocking in the free world.

As a Texas fan, I agree regarding a stupid loss along the way. They have a habit of falling asleep and getting their asses kicked by an inferior team. Love to be wrong, though...

I think Texas is the best team in the conference by a healthy margin but yeah, they're still capable of dropping a dumb game or two. Sark still has that hump to get over.

I thought OUDNA would be much improved over last year and they seem to be, but the best team they've played so far is SMOO, so who actually knows. They're still prolly a 3 loss team unless the offense magically gets better. But Gabriel has hit his ceiling and Arnold isn't ready. Plus Lebby is an ass clown for multiple reasons.

Polls are so dumb. Washington is legitimately a top 5 team and UCLA drops out of the top 25 by losing to a top 10 team by one score on the road with a true freshman QB.

Michigan hasn't played anyone yet pawl and their offense doesn't look like its setting things on fire so I'm cautiously optimistic Nebraska can make a game of it for a quarter or two. Final score something like 35-10. Nebraska's D is top of a lot of categories, i think #1 in rush D, but they've played some dreadful teams themselves so that's gonna change after this week.
