So cool how the city is coming together, we had some guests from Nashville a year or so ago and they didnt really care much for the Preds. They said when they first came around they got into the buzz, but it died off.

Just yesterday i saw some guest in a Vandy hat and we started talking about Nashville and then the Preds and he said his whole family is going crazy right now back at home.

I wouldve folowed this game live last night, but for some reason our ship is getting its internet blocked by Jordanian authorities :emo: and tomorrow we head to Israel, likely still under the same shit since i can see tomorrows docking point from where we are right now.

I guess because Shaw got suspended last year for calling the ref a fucking fggot. Shaw's fine was $5k compared to Getzlaf's $10k, but Getzlaf basically denied it was a gay slur and people are all up in arms about it.

Right. Their argument is that it's saying someone who would suck cock is lesser or something. Which I get I guess, but to me that's a reach and not on the same level as calling the ref a fggot. I think people are more pissed he wasn't sorry enough about it and blamed TSN haha.

Is there any way that Ottawa wins tonight? I just don't see it at all. I don't even know if I am right, but I would much rather the Preds play Ottawa than Pittsburgh. It just feels like the Preds are clearly better than Ottawa to me, even though I could easily be wrong.
