Healthy scratched RJ Umberger just doesn't get the blood rushing. But I'm sure this ups impending Pens/Jackets rivalry, but they have no fans.

Best part is Laviolette will get to corch James Neal. He's been a no-show to the playoffs, plays like a scumbag, takes penalties in the offensive zone and on the power play, but even the reel blind homerism in me can't justify this trade. Should have gotten more, seems like a lateral move. Doesn't help with the salary cap.

Also think James Neal's productivity falls off a cliff now.
