- 90 overall or higher (if projected to go in the first four rounds). Any player projected to go in the first round are to be let go regardless of rating.

Everyone did remain at their current schools despite Oklahoma State offering pretty much everyone jobs.

I think every time you make a user play with any player a game he gains +1 awareness. It just happens to add up quicker with a QB since that's the user position. Plus QB's ratings are jacked up with high awareness but it doesn't really matter since you user-control him every play. Although I feel like players with high awareness do better in off-season training.
Just my thoughts on this, correct me if I'm wrong.

My backup QB did the same thing. He went up 3 or 4 OVR points this year without taking a single snap. He kept gaining AWR points for some reason and getting a (+1) next to his name every other week it seemed.
Eastern Michigan have certainly turned things around.

1) Boot him
2) Change coaching default to 16
3) Change a couple other settings up 1 or down 1
4) Advance
5) Reinvite

I will do that once I get to players transferring that way we don't risk either of them losing players they talked back.

When I quit and came back a season ago I got my 15 XP. No one had PSU prior to you so it should have worked.
I have never seen somebody join in the offseason and get it

I believe we are ready to advance except for @ncaafan323 rejoining and doing his recruiting. Once that happens, we'll move on.
I'm not sure what the problem is, these steps usually work fine and they worked for @NavyHog when he rejoined and I believe @TotalDoubt and others who joined got their upgrades. I don't know why @LEGEND and maybe @ncaafan323 aren't.
