if you offer them, it grays out the option to negotiate on both, so i'm guessing it doesn't matter

I backed up before loading the draft.

I need to ask OU about the extra cash. Since the draft happened in the offseason now, it looks like everyone has cash again. We may have to hold off for tonight.
