Yes, yes. It was a mile long at inning 3 of a Thursday 1pm game.Wait, they still do that J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS bullshit? Does the Shit Shake still have a line a mile long at all times?
They started just clearing out the store rooms or something, boxes of free stuff, people were freaking out. Got two Chia Bryces, some weird Nats Democratic Party Donkey figurines and some figurine of Jayson Werth and his great dane Magnus.
This Werth dog figurine is a keeper just because it's so ridiculous, if you want a Chia Bryce or Donkey loser I can probably share.
Meet you on the Hill!
Has anyone read The Only Rule Is It Has to Work? Just started that recently. Only a few chapters in, but seems like a fun read so far.
M's pitching is in shambles. Felix (out another 3 weeks), Smyly (due back mid-June) and Paxton (will miss 2-3 starts) all on the DL. Follow this up with 2 relief pitchers were hurt last night within back-to-back batters. Jean Machi left after injuring pitching hand after coming in to start the 11th. Evan Marshall threw 2 pitches before crumpling to the ground and grabbing his hammy. Is there such a thing as beyond a worst-case scenario?
I hope Miguel Sano pounds Porcello into retirement today. Managed to get up early enough to snag this at said future asspounding:
Scoring is great. Used to love doing it occasionally when I corched and none of the scorecard literate dads were there. Of course we used real scorebooks and not those program ones.
Oh there was an asspounding today...
Who is better, Carpenter/Knight or Jagler/Slowes? Nobody cares about FP so no debate necessary.
Dave and Charlie also seem to swap PBP responsibilities which is unique if nothing else.

But it isYour job probably isn't as shitty as playing for the Mets though.
