JUst wanted to comment on this, but they only gave him 3M in signing bonus, which is spread over 3 years. They can cut him after this season and only counts as 4.5M on the cap. As far as why Glennon signed it, he is getting 18M guaranteed between signing bonus, this year's roster bonus, this year's salary and next year's roster bonus which are all guaranteed.
