Only two good things have ever happened to me with transfers in this game:
1) I left a school in an offline dynasty and a stud QB and OT followed me to my new one
2) Leonard Fournette transferring to Arkansas State in our bottom feeder OD. Still can't believe that lol

Our rules is you have to have a pipeline in that state (5 or more on your roster) to be able to recruit in the Top 150.
