I work at a day program for adults with Autism and other developmental disorders. The money sucks, but the benefits are okay I guess and at least I have set hours.

Thanks @osick87 . Patience is definitely the key. I am in more of a direct care role. There are a few service recipients that they are trying to find jobs for but most of the people i am with are non verbal and have behavioral challenges.
