Why Don't the O's have rights?

Why can't they be allowed to live normal lives? Why are they be verbally abused if they get invited to a dinner date and miss a sim? Why are they required to live sim in the playoffs?

Why should their names always start with O? Why they kill Tupac and Chris? Why should they have to read all of Tony's posts? Why is the game designed to keep HAVE NOTS in debt?
