Have his arm and range improved? I know for some of those guys it's changing throughout the season so it might have. If so, he's going to be the kind of guy you can build a team around.

Absolutely. The past couple of drafts have had a lot of valuable position players but no solid pitching. This draft is insanely thin on pitching.
