The 1980s UCLA unis (Troy Aikman era) were the best helmets. The Clarendon font of the Cade McCown era were the best, but IIRC they went with the heavier script ucla on the helmets.

The all-white abominations and the faux-tough "look at our Navy fucking SEAL frog skeleton on our helmets" all-black unis worn by CHOSEN were the worst.
