Lets talk about that team up north.

I tend to agree, but I think we'll see improvement from both lines. The OL will improve because they'll be asked to do one blocking scheme instead of 20 different ones, and Gardner will improve. DL has some question marks up the middle, but I think the ends improve a bunch, and there is are enough talented bodies (finally!) that we should be fine on the interior. Plus, our LBs should be pretty damn good next year, which will also help.

Basically stagnating on the defensive line is incomprehensible considering we have three DL coaches on staff, including the head coach.

I like Gardner too. Will he have enough weapons, doe? I think Gallon is leaving. Touissant has to be leaving. Who else is leaving?

That's really it from the skill positions. Toussaint was shitty this year anyways, so he's not a huge loss.

Lewan and Schofield on the line. They get wr Darboh back from injury and they keep TE/WR Funchess. I think they will be fine at WR with that combo and hopefully Norfleet in the slot. I like RB with De'Veon Smith and Derrick Green. I liked Fitz but he wasn't so good that you can't replace him.

That cant be a good thing. That's almost a coach for every line position lol.

Living in Texas, this thread title has a different meaning than UM

It has a different meaning in Michigan too. Central is the only team that is 'up North'.

But this is from a group who don't know the difference between "Ohio State" and "Ohio" (even though they lose to both) and think they are in the "West", so what can you expect?

Something about glass houses and throwing stones.
