JD, no offense, was by far the worst, so he gets the 5*. Chibob is banned on general principal. Two if by sea indeed. More like 2000ms by sea.
Everyone gets no more than the stars they are allotted. e.g., if JD wants, he can pick a 4.5* team for whatever reason, and pavel can pick a 2.5* team.
