Coaching XP/Schedule requests

Most have some XP in the DC and OC categories due to the fact that I didn't want to wait around.

So everyone has the option to match up the highest categories:

- you can put 7 on defense
- you can put 8 on offense

@TXHusker05 do you want me to retire and then reinvite you to see if you get XP? If I do don't forget to change your recruiting strategies after you rejoin so that the CPU doesn't add/drop recruits.

Also if anyone has any schedule requests put them below.

May be worth a try if you think it will work. Would my redshirts be impacted though?
