Playing out the string. Good thing most of the matches are early AM so the US fans don't have to watch this shit.

A friend of mine lost a knockout round match in the Club Championship 10&8 but he was still drunk or hungover when he played. What Koepka's and Scheffler's excuse?

I think he was mad because LaCava was in his way when he was lining up his putt

eh, just wait. Americans havent had anything to cheer for all weekend. Cantlays been jeered all day, so they were givin it back to the crowd. Just stand back and enjoy the scenery, and then go line up your putt. Can see why someone with rorys physical golf game hasnt won a major in almost a decade.

Well, that was a pretty boring final day. Jeez.
The back 9 was very boring, but it was pretty interesting until Scottie finished 10. There were 4 guys in the mix, and Scottie's iron play was pretty bad until then. But those 3 straight birdies, combined with the rest of the field shitting down their legs, meant it was over at that point. I guess there was a little drama about whether Scottie would rinse his ball on 12, but that was unlikely to happen.

To that point, I think there is a fake drama at the Masters a lot of years. You get some guy making a charge on the back 9 while the leaders are still on the front. But the reality is the leaders haven't played the easiest holes and are likely to make a couple of shots up from 8-16.

I actually really liked this year. It had the best player in the world winning, the most interesting conditions we've had in a decade, and a stacked leaderboard. Only thing it was missing was Sunday back 9 drama.
