2066 Off Season Thread

Trying to update my laptop to OOTP18, but I keep getting an error.

I opened 18, chose to import an OOTP17 game, clicked on the appropriate dat file, and it loaded the file for Feb 2065, right where it should be for when we stopped using 17 and switched over to 18. However, when I try and download the latest file, I get this error:

Error: could not open archive file

I never had this problem with my PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled OOTP18, re-imported the file from 17, and I get the same error when trying to download. Same thing with trying to download the league file from dropbox. Any ideas?

Id take my system over almost any and im ranked 10th by OSA and some of my best guys arent even ranked. I never pay attention to OSAs system or prospect rankings anymore

Download that, put it into your saved games folder. Once you get that done, open the game, load that WBL league (should be your only league), then when you get to the list of users enter the PW until the O's make you your own user.

Also your WBL saved games folder should be in something like (Windows) ../My Documents/OOTP18/saved_games, drop that whole dropbox file in there. Assuming the path is relatively similar for a Mac.
